Joel is Highland's founder and president. He has been active in the paint industry since 1979 and opened Highland in 1989 because he saw a need for paint formulated around specific industry requirements. He is very much a “hands-on” president and enjoys working with customers and vendors.

Randy Douglas

Randy is our Plant Manager, but that title only begins to describe his responsibilities here at Highland. He has a talent for efficiency and organization, and his mission is to maintain Highland's high standards for paint while keeping our shipments going out in a timely manner. Randy works very closely with the Sales Department and has a gift for anticipating our customer's needs.
