| 827 Series silicone copolymer DTM was specifically designed to address CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) needs, while offering all of Highland’s High Performance Dry-Fall properties. This direct-to-metal coating provides heat stability and continual thermal shock operating conditions up to 1000°F. 827 Series can be applied from 4-16 mils to provide superior corrosion protection. It is an excellent choice for painting stacks, components that require high performance at temperatures up to 1000°F, or under insulation. 827 Series is available in a hot application formula. | 815 Series acrylic silicone Dry-Fall topcoat is an excellent alternative for components ranging from ambient to 500°F and is available in a full range of colors. 815 Series may also be modified with the proper reducer to allow hot application up to 400°F. | |
