1200°F Primer |
880 Series silicone copolymer primer is a high build formula that provides the heat stability and flexibility to handle continual thermal shock operating conditions. 880 Series Primer was developed specifically to work in conjunction with the 885-HS Series Topcoat, also rated at 1200°F, to provide a primer/topcoat system for components requiring high performance and aesthetic appeal up to 1200°F. NOTE: This product heat cures at 250°F. |
15-ZN Series 1000°F Primer |
The 15-ZN Series 2-K silicone zinc primer cathodically protects steel and is designed for heat affected zones up to 1000°F. NOTE: This product heat cures at 250°F. |
750°F Primer |
335 Series is a 2-K inorganic zinc primer that cathodically protects steel and provides outstanding abrasion resistance and protection against undercutting and corrosion in normal to severe atmospheric conditions. |
47 Series 500°F Primer |
47 Series is a 2-K Hybrid Epoxy Novolac specifically formulated to alleviate extensive surface prep while providing excellent temperature and chemical resistance. NOTE: With proper reduction, it may be modified for application direct to hot surfaces up to 400°F. |
Insulation 450°F Primer |
48 Series Hybrid Epoxy Novolac insulation primer is a high build 2-K product that provides exceptional temperature insulation and heat reduction properties, as well as excellent chemical and corrosion protection. It is an excellent choice for priming under insulation. When applied at 10-16 mils DFT on 450°F surfaces, it will lower this surface temperature by 120°F-140°F. NOTE: With proper reducer selection, 48 Series may be applied to hot surfaces up to 350°F. |
