Primers
325 Series Primer	325 Series is a high performance 2-K zinc-rich epoxy primer. It provides outstanding abrasion resistance and protection against undercutting and corrosion by cathodic protection.
325-SC Series Primer	325-SC Series has all of the properties of the 325 Series, and meets South Coast Air Quality VOC requirements of 100 g/L.
HiGrip 97-HF Series Primer	97-HF Series epoxy mastic primer is specifically formulated to alleviate extensive surface preparation. It can be applied over minimally prepared surfaces: rusty steel and deteriorated previously painted surfaces. It dries to a semi-gloss finish and may be applied up to 8 mils DFT per coat. A complex rust inhibitor and resin system assures excellent corrosion protection. It is also an excellent tie coat when used between zinc rich primers and the topcoat of your choice.
84-LH Series Primer	84-LH Series phenolic modified alkyd is a structural primer that is surface tolerant and features an elaborate system of rust inhibitors to assure outstanding corrosion protection even in rugged climatic environments. It also provides maximum adhesion and corrosion protection on areas with limited surface preparation. 84 Series may be top coated with a wide range of topcoats: alkyds, silicone alkyds, acrylics, epoxies, and urethanes.
Direct-to-Metal
Aero-Shield 58 Series DTM	58 Series is a 2-K aliphatic copolymer urethane direct-to-metal coating that represents the next generation in Aerospace technology. It offers ultimate gloss and color retention, adhesion, durability, and corrosion protection all in one coat! It is ideal for metal buildings and structural steel where high performance, durability and ease of application is desired. 58 Series is available in a full range of colors and finishes.
HiGrip 97-HF Series DTM	97 Series epoxy mastic is a high solids (70%) 2-K direct-to-metal coating specifically formulated to alleviate extensive surface preparation. It may be applied over minimally prepared surfaces: rusty steel and deteriorated previously painted surfaces. It dries to a semi-gloss finish and may be applied up to 8 mils DFT per coat. A complex rust inhibitor and resin system assures excellent corrosion protection in a single coat system.
53 Series DTM	53 Series modified acrylic is an extremely fast drying single package DTM that has been specifically formulated for use where quick handling of painted equipment is a necessity. It may be applied over marginally prepared surfaces: light rust and mill scale. 53 Series exhibits excellent durability, color retention, and corrosion protection.
Topcoats
HiShield 36 Series Topcoat	36 Series is a 2-K aliphatic acrylic urethane topcoat specifically designed to meet low VOC requirements. Its automotive “Wet Look” exceeds conventional acrylic urethane topcoats as it maintains its appearance, chemical resistance and film flexibility for years. These qualities, along with an outstanding coverage rate, make it the product of choice for high performance maintenance painting.
HiCryl 37 Series Topcoat	37 Series is a single package acrylic alkyd topcoat that offers an automotive finish in one coat. Its high solids content guarantees an outstanding coverage rate. Urethane modifier 34-ALH-100 may be added to enhance durability and hardness.
775 Series Topcoat	775 Series is a single package silicone alkyd topcoat that is limited to 2.8 lbs VOC per gallon. Due to the high silicone content and UV stable pigmentation, 775 Series maintains exceptional gloss and color purity even in rugged industrial and atmospheric environments. These qualities are greatly enhanced when used with its partner Urethane Modifier 775-ALH-100.
HiGlo 150C Series Alkyd Topcoat	150C Series is a high performance topcoat offering premium corrosion protection, gloss retention, and color retention when compared to generically similar products. It is an inexpensive durable coating to be used on structural steel, varying plant components, quarries, and transportation equipment. Its outstanding color retention is due to high quality pigmentation. Partner urethane modifier 34-ALH-100 may be added to enhance durability and hardness.
HiGlo 150-28 Series Alkyd Topcoat	150-28 Series has all the properties of the 150C Series, and has been specifically formulated to meet 2.8 lb per gallon VOC requirements.
