77 Series DTM or Primer |
HiGrip High Solids 2-K Direct to Metal Polyamide Adduct Epoxy |
This is an excellent choice for Quarries and Ready-Mix plants because it may be applied to minimally prepared surfaces and still provide excellent corrosion protection. It has an eggshell finish and can be applied in a 1-coat up to 6-8mils Dry Film Thickness. If you prefer a high gloss, it can be top coated with Highland's 36 Series Urethane or 150C HiGlo Enamel. |
84-1024
or
80-1024 Primer |
"Fast Dry" High Solids Structural Primer
or
High Solids Structural Primer (A little lower priced than 84-1024
"Fast Dry" primer) |
Provides excellent corrosion protection and adhesion on areas
without elevated temperatures. A heavy duty system of rust
inhibitors protects plants and equipment even in harsh weather
and working environments. |
36 Series Topcoat |
This is a High Performance Polyurethane Enamel Topcoat with impact and abrasion resistance. It has outstanding chemical, weathering, UV and corrosion resistance. |
This is a remarkable polyurethane coating with the resilience needed in abrasive and harsh environments. It is frequently used on ready mix trucks and asphalt road equipment because it maintains its aesthetic qualities not matter how many times industrial washes it is subjected to. When used to topcoat 77 Series Epoxy, you will have the best in a long-term coating system for any of the facilities mentioned above. |
150C Series Topcoat |
High Performance Alkyd Topcoat with Premium Gloss & Color
Retention when compared to generically similar products |
If you opt not to use 865 on areas without elevated temperatures,
150C is an above average industrial enamel providing years
of service at an economical price. We use the same high quality
resins and pigments as in our HiTemp Series so it has quite
and advantage over generically similar products. It is excellent
coating, but will not have the same overall durability and
longevity at the 865 Series. |

Optional: |
|
34A100 Urethane Modifier |
This product may be added to 150C Topcoat for added hardness and durability. |
If you want to add extra durability to your topcoat without going to the expense of a polyurethane coating, mix up to one quart of 34A100 to one gallon of 150C topcoat for a high-glass, chip-resistant and durable finish. |
